3 "Chiles anchos" Verde Valle®, soaked

3 "Chiles pasilla" Verde Valle®, soaked

8 cups water

2 tablespoons oil

1 medium onion, chopped

1 green pepper, chopped

3 garlic cloves, chopped

2 cups lentils, Verde Valle®

5 tomatoes, roasted

¼ de cup cilantro leaves

PREPARATION

COOK lentils with water and a little bit of salt until they get soft. HYDRATE chilis in boiling water, when they get soft, blend and strain. HEAT oil and fry the onion, garlic and pepper, and when they get transparent, pour the chili powder with soup and let everthing boil, we have to cook until they get dense, lentils don´t have to be so liquid. SERVE with cilantro leaves.
