½ kg. Pinto bean Verde Valle®

½ kg. meat

5 tomatoes, without seeds and chopped

1 onion, finely chopped

2 garlic cloves

1 green pepper, peeled and finely chopped

1 serrano chilli, chopped

2 small chambray onions, finely chopped

½ cup coriander (full leaves)

11 tablespoon butter

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon cumin powder

1 teaspoon oregano

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon english sauce

1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

2 tablespoons chicken broth powder

PREPARATION

ADD 2 liters of water and beans in a press cooker. Cover the press cooker and cook over medium heat for 40 minutes. HEAT butter and oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry onion and garlic. When they turn transparent add ground meat. Let it cook until meat loses its red color. ADD pepper and chilli and cook for 5 minutes. OPEN the press cooker, after 40 minutes. Add everything that has been fried along with tomatoes, chicken broth powder, cumin, oregano, paprika and sauce. ADD cooked beans to the pot with half of its own broth. Let it boil for 20 more minutes, if it dries add a little bit of the bean broth. SERVE hot.
