ingredients

1 cup of Long grain rice Verde Valle

2 cups of whole milk

1 1/2 cups of evaporated milk

1/2 cups of condensed milk

2 tablespoons of liquid vanilla

1/4 cups brown sugar

2 tablespoons of natural gelatin, hydrated

1 cinnamon stick

2 cups of ground or powdered cinnamon cookie, for the base

1/2 cups of butter, without melted salt, for the base

PREPARATION

1. Add the cookie with the butter to a bowl, mix until you get a dough consistent and cakes. Add to a mold and flatten to form an even base. Press the base with a spoon perfectly well. Refrigerate the mold for one time for butter to harden. Reservation. 2. Heat a pot with the white rice, whole milk, evaporated milk, condensed milk, cinnamon, vanilla essence and sugar. Cook for 40 minutes or until rice be soft. Remove the preparation. 3. Add the preparation to the blender with the hydrated gelatin, blend perfectly well. Reservation. 4. Remove the cooling base and add the mixture from the blender. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until the cake sets. 5. Remove from the refrigerator, serve and decorate the desired figures with cinnamon powder.
