½ cup Extra long grain rice Verde Valle®, previously cooked

¼ cup turkey ham, chopped in cubes

1 cup manchego cheese, grated

1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped

1 tablespoon cranberries, finely chopped

¼ cup sweet red pepper, shredded

Rolls

4 chicken breasts, clean and plain

1 pinch of salt and black pepper, powdered

Water, the necessary

To serve

1 tablespoon canola oil

¼ onion, finely chopped

1 garlic clove

½ cup light cream

½ cup chicken soup

2 tablespoon dijon mustard

PREPARATION

To the rice:

STIR in a bowl super extra rice Verde Valle with cranberries, ham, cheese, basil, sweet pepper and settle.

To the rolls:

PLACE one of the chicken breast over plastic and increase its flavor with salt and pepper. Stuff with the mixture and roll it.

WRAP and close as caramels, repeat with the rest.

PLACE wrapped chicken breasts in a pan with water and cook them until they get firm and with a uniform color.

To serve

HEAT oil in a frying pan. Fry onion and garlic until they get browned. Add cream, chicken soup and mustard.

STIR so flavors can integrate.

SERVE in 4 dishes , 1 roll for each and serve with sauce.
